At TRP Cycling, we are committed to providing high-performance braking systems and components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused components in their original retail packaging, ensuring all hardware and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to TRP

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned parts, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
